Mix a base, freeze it for 24 hours, then let the machine take it from there. A paddle shaves finely through the frozen-solid pint, breaking it down into a smooth, creamy texture you can scoop right out of the container — in minutes, on your countertop.
Seven one-touch programs cover Ice Cream, Gelato, Sorbet, Milkshake, Smoothie Bowl, Lite Ice Cream and Mix-In, and each one runs its own combination of speed, pressure and time. If the first spin comes out firmer than you like, Re-spin processes the pint again for an even softer scoop.
Because you make the base yourself, you decide exactly what goes in: whole milk or oat milk, Greek yogurt, fresh or frozen fruit, a scoop of protein powder, or less sugar than a store-bought pint. After processing, add chocolate chips, cookies, nuts or fruit and the Mix-In program folds them evenly through.
The pint, its storage lid and the paddle are all top-rack dishwasher safe, so cleanup after your first pint takes a couple of minutes.

Good questions
Do I really need to freeze the base for 24 hours?
Yes. The paddle works by shaving through a pint that's frozen solid and evenly, so a full 24 hours on a flat freezer shelf gives the smoothest result.
Can I make dairy-free or lower-sugar desserts?
Yes. You make the base, so oat, almond or coconut milk, fruit-only sorbets and reduced-sugar recipes all work.
What if it comes out too firm?
Use Re-spin. It processes the pint a second time for a softer, creamier texture, and you can add a splash of milk before re-spinning if the base is very icy.
Can I buy extra pints?
Yes, but they must be the same pint series as the one supplied with this machine. Pints from other series won't fit, so check the model series before you buy extras.
